Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of csvbanker.com and the CSVBanker conversion service operated by Telematica e Automazioni srls. By using the service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The service

CSVBanker converts bank statement PDF files into standardised CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files. The service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis via one-time credit packs — there is no subscription and no recurring charges.

2. Credit packs

  • 1 credit = 1 page of an uploaded PDF.
  • Credits are sold in packs. Current sizes and prices are published on csvbanker.com.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Credits already consumed by a successful conversion are non-refundable.
  • Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase under the EU consumer right of withdrawal, unless the service has been fully performed.

3. Accurate information

You warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate and that you have the legal right to upload the bank statement PDFs you submit to the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service to process documents you do not own or have no right to process
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Overload, probe, or disrupt the service infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these rules, without refund of already-consumed credits.

5. Mathematical verification and output accuracy

CSVBanker performs a mathematical verification on every conversion: opening balance + all transactions must equal the closing balance. If the math does not reconcile, we flag the result so you can investigate. However the service is provided "as is" and you remain solely responsible for verifying the conversion output before using it for accounting, tax, financial, or any other official purpose.

6. Intellectual property

CSVBanker, its name, logo, source code, documentation, and all other materials are owned by Telematica e Automazioni srls and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the files you upload and the data contained in them; we receive only a limited right to process them to deliver the conversion you requested.

7. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or always available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Telematica e Automazioni srls and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other legitimate reason. Upon termination, unused credits purchased within the previous 14 days are refundable in accordance with Section 2. Sections dealing with intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
